This is a nice clean example of the SoundBlaster 16 PnP ISA audio card with a genuine Yamaha YMF289B OPL-3 chip. Recently tested in my IBM PC730 Pentium PC, and working nicely. I have set up and tested the card in DOS using Creative's drivers and DIAGNOSE tool, which gave good clear stereo playback of 8-bit, 16-bit, and MIDI sounds and music, followed by ten minutes of playing DOOM - of course!
