This was purchased some time ago as a Redpoint NV heatsink. The brand has changed hands since and this heatsink is now known as Boyd NV115-1. In round numbers, dimensions are 120 x 120 x 115mm (120 x 120mm is looking at the 'X' cross section). Thermal resistance in the regions of 0.7deg/W for natural convection, falling to around 0.25deg/W with forced air. The thick central web is ideal for mounting TO3 or large plastic screw down packages.
