QFN64: 9x9 mm body, 0.5 mm pitch pads. QFN16: 3x3 mm body, 0.5 mm pitch pads. These are test sockets allowing reversible insertion of a QFN (quad flat no-lead) SMD chip into a breadboard, ZIF socket or perfboard with 0.1” hole spacing for programming or prototyping.
