These are universal breakout-boards for flat flexible cables or flexible printed circuits (FFC/FPCs). They feature pads in a variety of pitches from 0.5 mm to 1.27 mm which are connected to each other and to a set of plated through holes for 2.54 mm (0.1”) pin header.
