Removed from some vintage video broadcast equipment. The display was socketed on the mainboard and was only used for engineering diagnostic purposes, where a tactile button (over the 5V rail) had to be pressed to power on the device and see the displayed error code. As a result, I doubt this has been powered on for more than a few minutes during it's entire life.
